5. Liability

SmithCo Services, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their property.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Short-notice cancellations may result in additional fees.
